Amy Straker Bartemes
Amy Bartemes practices in the Real Estate group with a focus on the real estate needs for telecommunications providers. She also has a litigation practice which includes contract disputes, insurance defense and general civil litigation. She has represented a major telecommunications service provider in negotiating leases and other real property interests necessary for development of its wireless service network. In addition she represents applicants before the Ohio Power Siting Board and the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio.
