Thomas R. Sant
Tom Sant is a member of the Bricker & Eckler Employment and Labor group and chairs the workers' compensation group. He defends workers' compensation claims on behalf of employers before the Industrial Commission of Ohio and before trial and appellate courts throughout Ohio and represents business associations before the Ohio General Assembly with respect to workers' compensation initiatives.
Tom is a the former Assistant Director of Legal Operations and former Director of Special Investigations of the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation.
