Justin Ristau
Justin Ristau is vice chair of the Bricker & Eckler LLP Creditor Rights & Bankruptcy group and a partner in the Consumer Finance & Mortgage Banking group. He represents financial institutions in matters involving the full range of complex federal, state, and common law issues that arise in the context of consumer financing and residential mortgage lending. In addition to defending complex contested foreclosure actions, Justin defends residential mortgage lenders and servicers against affirmative claims brought in state court, bankruptcy court, district court, and on appeal....
