Biography
Rachel has a practice focused on commercial real estate law and real estate backed commercial lending. She represents financial institutions in commercial real estate transactions, such as acquisition, construction and refinance loans for commercial office space, apartments, hotels, medical office and surgery facilities, condominiums, shopping centers and more. Additionally, Rachel has experience drafting and negotiating general real estate documents from the developer's perspective, including purchase contracts, leases and easements.
