Biography
Randy Wiseman has returned to Bricker & Eckler as the firm's general counsel after a five-year term as Senior Vice President and Chief Litigation Counsel for Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company. Before joining Nationwide Randy was a partner in the Bricker & Eckler Litigation group where he served as chair, and as the firm's ALAS counsel.

In his position as Bricker's general counsel, Randy serves as Claims and Loss Prevention Counsel, Ethics Counsel, the Firm's Employment Counsel, and Compliance Counsel. Randy handles other legal issues, including review and negotiation of contracts, leases, deeds, and legal instruments related to significant firm transactions, and advising Firm Management and the Executive Committee. Randy also provides mediation and arbitration services, and has served on the United States District Court panel of mediators, the panel of arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association and the International Court of Arbitration.
