Randy Bank



Randy Bank is a partner in Bricker & Eckler's Education group and chairs the firm's Developmental Disabilities group. He practices education law and developmental disabilities law and public sector labor law, emphasizing collective bargaining, contract interpretation and administration, grievance arbitration, unfair labor practice charges, discrimination charges, employment and personnel matters, and student issues. He has negotiated more than 200 collective bargaining agreements and has served as lead counsel during several groundbreaking school strikes. He represents school districts, Developmental Disability Boards, county agencies, and other public employers throughout the State of Ohio in all areas of education and employment law. Randy speaks regularly on education and developmental disabilities and employment law topics.
