Biography

Robert Lally is a seasoned construction attorney who has been involved in several high-profile litigation cases. He helps both public and private clients resolve construction-related disputes, whether through mediation, arbitration or trial. Working primarily with owners and design professionals, Rob has engaged in the prosecution and defense of multi-million-dollar claims involving insurance coverage, design professional liability and construction contract disputes.

Prior to joining Bricker, Rob has served as the City of Cleveland’s Assistant Director of Law, where he represented and provided legal advice to the mayor, city council and all city departments and commissions. He was also general counsel for an ENR Top 100 Engineering and Architecture Firm. Throughout his career, Rob has practiced law throughout Northeast Ohio, as well as in New York City, and has ties with law firms and corporations in both metropolitan areas.
