   Recruiting: 2009 Summer Associate Class

 

Abby André attends The Ohio State University where she will receive her J.D. in 2010 and where she is a member of the Ohio State Law Journal. She also holds a B.F.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder and has studied abroad at Oxford and in Paris.

 


Nadia Bukhari will earn her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University in 2010. She received her undergraduate degree in neuroscience and psychology from Ohio Wesleyan University where she received several scholarships and was elected president of Delta Gamma sorority. In addition, she served as a Congressional Fellow at the Council on American Islamic Relations.

Pete Glenn-Applegate is a student at The Ohio State University where he will receive his law degree in 2010. He was selected editor-in-chief of the Ohio State Law Journal and is one of three Moritz Merit Scholars. He received his undergraduate degree from Williams College with a degree in theatre and has served as a law intern with the U.S. Attorney's Office, Southern District of Ohio. In addition, Pete was active in the 2004 Kerry presidential campaign and served as a field manager and regional field director.

 

Ali Haque will earn his J.D. from The Ohio State University in 2011. He received his undergraduate degree in economics from Vassar College and studied at the London School of Economics. He has worked as a legal assistant in New York and as an intern for the ACLU.

 

Tommy Siwo attends Capital University Law School with an expected graduation date of 2011. He also holds an M.B.A. from Xavier University and received his undergraduate degree summa cum laude in computer information systems from Wilberforce University. Tommy was formerly employed with the National Air and Space Intelligence Center at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. He has also served on the Xenia Civil Service Commission and the Greene County Council on Aging Board of Directors.
