Our attorneys represent employers on a variety of matters and some of our complex representations include:
- Successfully represented several insurance companies in action under Fair Housing Laws alleging discriminatory denial of insurance
- Successfully defended the employer in an Ohio Civil Rights Commission self-initiated investigation regarding allegation of national origin discrimination in closure of stand-alone operation
- Served as outside counsel on all facets of consolidation of two acute care hospitals and development of new personnel policies, procedures and benefit packages
- Served as outside counsel to oversee enforcement of 26 non-compete agreements in 12 state and federal jurisdictions for multi-billion dollar employer
- Represented specialty manufacturer through selection and implementation of mass layoff of 40 percent of its workforce without challenge by any terminated worker
