The Ohio Power Siting Board (OPSB) is a multi-jurisdictional state agency tasked with reviewing and approving the construction of major utility facilities (electric generating power plants greater than 50 megawatts), economically significant wind farms (those greater than 5 megawatts), electric transmission lines and certain natural gas pipelines.
