Construction Webinar Series: Design Professional Procurement

This webinar is part of the 13th annual Selecting Project Delivery Methods & Bidding Public Construction Contracts Webinar Series.

Ohio public entities are required to follow statutory processes for hiring design professionals, regardless of project costs or fee amount. Bricker attorneys Ben Hyden & Allison Hudson will give an overview of the statutory procurement requirements for architects, engineers and other design professionals such as geotechnical engineers and surveyors.

This course has been approved by the Supreme Court of Ohio Commission of Continuing Legal Education for 0.75 CLE credit hours. Additionally, 0.75 hours of Ohio Engineering CPD credit and EPA contact hours will be available upon request.
