    Selecting Project Delivery Methods & Bidding Public Construction Contracts

    Join us for the 12th annual “Selecting Project Delivery Methods & Bidding Public Construction Contracts.” This full-day workshop, specifically designed for Ohio public owners, covers the project delivery methods available for public construction projects, the related legal requirements, and practical considerations. The morning session features presentations by Bricker & Eckler attorneys whose practices focus on construction and bidding. In the afternoon, attendees will work through fact patterns together and will interactively explore alternative delivery methods and review bidding issues, while receiving feedback from fellow participants and the presenters.

This course will be submitted to the Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Continuing Legal Education for 6.25 total CLE hours instruction, and is designed to provide 6.25 hours of Ohio Engineering CPD credit and 6.25 EPA contact hours.
