    "FMLA: A Practical Guide"

    Bricker attorney Diana Brown and Dodi Zimmerman, Compensation Supervisor, Worthington City School District, will provide an overview of the proper application of the FMLA rules and regulations to ensure the most efficient use of an employer's resources with regard to applicable leaves of absence. You will learn when the FMLA applies, how to ensure that it is used correctly and how it interacts with other leaves of absence, leave policies, and terms of collective bargaining agreements.
