Webinar Series | Bricker & Eckler's "Candid Conversations" featuring Judge Marilyn Zayas

Bricker & Eckler is proud to present “Candid Conversations,” a dialog series created to highlight and celebrate affinity groups and their cultures, facilitated by Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer, Dr. Rhonda Talford Knight. Each conversation will feature a diverse leader from around the state to offer their perspective on leadership, challenges and triumphs from the lens of their unique background.

During the inaugural conversation, Dr. Knight will sit down with Judge Marilyn Zayas as she returns to discuss the importance of National Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month. Judge Zayas, the first Latina to be elected to an Ohio Court of Appeals, will dive into uncomfortable topics in order to break common stereotypes, and review the work she's doing to bridge the culture gap. Her message applies to anyone who hears it and she is spreading it far and wide, which speaks to her national recognition on Good Morning America.
