Title IX (& beyond) Investigator Training

This training takes the tools that Bricker provides for investigating Title IX Complaints and elaborates on the skills used to provide further instruction for use in student conduct and employment investigations. From our experience, we know that complaints received on our campuses do not always fit cleanly in one policy and investigations often go well beyond Title IX to include a long list of other policies.

Join Bricker attorney Erin Butcher as she addresses some of the more typical policies, federal and Ohio-state specific level employment laws, union contracts and matters, and looks into special considerations for interviewing minors and adults with cognitive disabilities or those who are on the autism spectrum.
