Southeast Ohio
We partner with local attorneys, businesses and organizations to provide legal services in Southeast Ohio and the Ohio Valley region.
As the largest law firm represented in the Marietta and Barnesville communities, Bricker & Eckler’s presence in Southeast Ohio is extensive. The firm has more than 350 active clients in the region. And we have represented 55 of those clients for 25 years or more. In addition, we have several attorneys licensed in West Virginia and are working with an increasing number of clients in the entire Mid-Ohio Valley.
Our ties to the Southeast Ohio area run deep, and we understand the important role the businesses and organizations in this area play in the success of Ohio as a whole. Our attorneys are privileged to represent many of these communities, businesses and organizations and are committed to helping others in the region have an opportunity for success. Many of our attorneys were raised, have worked or live in the region today.
We are closely involved with the economic development of the region, working with the Foundation for Appalachian Ohio (FAO), a regional community foundation serving the 32 counties of Appalachian Ohio with the mission of enriching the region’s current and future quality of life. We assisted FAO and the Ohio Appalachian Business Council in the formation of the Appalachian Partnership for Economic Growth (APEG), now known as Ohio Southeast Economic Development (OhioSE). Collaborating with Peoples Bank, Marietta Memorial Hospital and Marietta College, we joined Hunger Solutions Mid-Ohio Valley as a partner to assist the education of school children regarding the importance of proper nutrition and healthy living.
