With decades of experience before the Ohio Industrial Commission and the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation, we address both common and complex issues faced by employers in the workers' compensation system.
Our experience with typical matters includes:
- Injury, occupational disease and death claims

- Applications for permanent partial awards and permanent and total disability
- Applications for violations of specific safety requirements (i.e., VSSR claims)
