Anne Marie Sferra tapped to lead Bricker’s Litigation team

Firm News

Bricker has named Anne Marie Sferra as the Chair of its Litigation practice group. This marks the first time a woman has led the firm’s largest team of attorneys.

“Anne Marie has been a leader among our firm’s litigators for many, many years,” said Jim Flynn, Bricker’s Managing Partner. “In fact, she is arguably one of the most widely known and respected litigators and attorneys in the state of Ohio. Her passion for both her clients and community are first class. There is no doubt about it: our team and our clients will be well served under Anne Marie’s leadership.”

The Columbus Bar Association recently bestowed one of their top honors on Sferra when they awarded her with the 2021 Professionalism Award. She has also been on numerous lists of top lawyer rankings including among commercial and appellate litigators.

Internally, Sferra has led Bricker’s Women In Networking (WIN) group for nearly a decade. Her many individual and informal mentoring relationships have provided invaluable support to Bricker colleagues.
