Bricker TIF counsel advises Village of West Milton

On June 27, 2017, the West Milton Village Council held a public hearing to discuss a proposed tax increment financing (TIF) plan for the residential portion of a local development project. Public Finance attorney Caleb Bell was on hand to discuss the property tax implications of TIFs. Bricker & Eckler serves as legal counsel to the Village of West Milton and advises the village leaders on TIFs, abatements and infrastructure development. West Milton’s TIF plan was recently featured in the Troy Daily News.
