Firm News

The Public Sector Industry team at Bricker is growing. This month the firm welcomed seven attorneys: Erin HeidrichIzaak Orlansky, Danyel Rickman, Joe RileyArt SchoultiesAdam Seeley and Immy Singh.

“We are really happy to have these attorneys join the Public Sector team,” said Chris McCloskey, Bricker’s Public Sector Industry Group Leader. “The collective years of experience they bring to the table is great news for our clients.”

One of the largest public sector law firms in Ohio, Bricker represents more than 1,000 political subdivisions. The need for sound legal counsel for these entities continues to be on the rise. “These communities are facing extraordinary challenges,” said Nicole Donovsky, Bricker’s Vice Chair of Client Services for Public Sector. “We help these governmental agencies and school districts serve their constituents both effectively and efficiently.”

In order to meet the demand for service, Bricker has hired 14 new attorneys in the last 12 months and they have plans to onboard more in 2022. These lawyers are in addition to the 118 attorneys who have performed legal work for public sector clients in 2021.

Providing cutting-edge legal services to public entities has been a key component of Bricker’s foundation for more than 75 years. Bricker is regarded as the “go-to” law firm for public sector law and we look forward to supporting Ohio’s public sector entities for decades to come.
