David Stein elected new partner for 2018

Bricker & Eckler recently elected David K. Stein as a new partner of the firm.

David is currently chair of Bricker's Banking & Financial Services practice group and maintains a national practice in this area of law. His clients include banks, lenders, credit unions, insurance companies and mortgage servicers. He also advises businesses on consumer-facing issues, including real estate, privacy, credit reporting, technology, data security and e-commerce. Additionally, he is part of the firm’s medical marijuana legal team. The core of David’s practice is litigation and regulatory compliance, working with businesses involved in banking and consumer financial services.
