About the Tunnell Leadership Development Program: The Tunnell Leadership Development Program, a selective, intensive six-month program, is offered every three years for Bricker attorneys with at least seven years of experience and by invitation from the managing partner. The program consists of substantial project work with a cumulative presentation to the Executive Committee. Topics include high-level management and leadership skills, legal industry trends and their impact on the business of the firm, building an inclusive firm, and building strong client relationships.
