    While the law requires employers to make “reasonable accommodations” for employees with disabilities, a local workplace has gone above and beyond the legal standard. In what can only be described as “amazing” by Bricker employment attorney Lisa Kathumbi, colleagues of a deaf AT&T warehouse employee have learned sign language to ensure their co-worker can not only communicate but can also thrive.
