Firm News

The American Bar Association (ABA) has tapped Bricker partner Greg Lestini for a national leadership position as the new chair of its Insurance Regulation General Committee, effective following the ABA’s Annual Meeting on August 4–10, 2021. The committee, part of the Tort, Trial and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS), is made up of more than 350 private practitioners, government lawyers, regulators and in-house counsel from all over the country. The group engages members to provide insight into insurance regulations across the United States and create exciting professional development opportunities.

Lestini will lead the committee’s professional development, educational programming and community involvement efforts. As chair, his goals are increasing the group’s membership; focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts; and creating business development opportunities for Insurance Regulation Committee members.
