Sheely and Herrnstein selected for WEN board of directors

Energy attorneys Sommer Sheely and Kara Herrnstein have been selected to serve on the board of directors for the Ohio Chapter of the Women’s Energy Network (WEN). Sheely will serve as treasurer, while Herrnstein will continue her role as program director in her second term on the board. Together they will work to further WEN’s mission and create opportunities for women in the energy field.

WEN is an international organization that was created to foster leadership development and provide networking opportunities to women across the energy industry through luncheons, conferences, community initiatives, socials and mentoring programs. The organization was founded 25 years ago, and now has more than 4,000 members worldwide. The Ohio Chapter was created in 2018.
