Ohio EPA issues final NPDES construction storm water general permit

On April 23, 2018, Ohio EPA issued as a final action the fifth generation of its General Permit Authorization for Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Construction Activity under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES). The Permit authorizes storm water discharges from construction activity disturbing one or more acres of land and is applicable statewide. The permit and associated Ohio EPA documents are available here.
