Wyatt Welcomes Emily Lineweaver to the Firm

Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP is pleased to welcome Emily H. Lineweaver to the firm.

As a member of Wyatt’s Health Care Service Team in Louisville, Emily Lineweaver will join one of the largest health care law practices in Kentucky. She will concentrate her practice in the areas of health care and related litigation, including compliance with state and federal licensure and representative matters, as well as corporate services and regulatory matters for health care organizations. She will assist Wyatt’s Health Care team with various fraud and abuse matters, as well as privacy requirements, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, False Claims Act and HIPAA. Prior to joining Wyatt, Ms. Lineweaver was a legal intern for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Colin H. Lindsay, United States District Court, Western District of Kentucky. Previously, she was a Summer Associate at Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs. Before law school, Ms. Lineweaver worked in fundraising and development within the non-profit sector. Ms. Lineweaver received her J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She earned her undergraduate degree from Western Kentucky University in Public Relations.
