Craig E. Sweeney

Craig Sweeney is co-chair of Bricker & Eckler’s Southeast Ohio Initiative and is also a member of the firm’s energy and natural resources team. A seasoned attorney with experience in real estate and contract dispute litigation, Craig focuses his practice on a wide range of energy issues, including oil and gas and pipeline litigation; real estate, midstream and upstream transactional matters; and title curative matters. Additionally, he serves as local counsel for national and international producers, pipeline companies and energy generation facilities. While Craig has worked in all areas of energy and real estate, he has a niche practice in the litigation of title issues and contract disputes, as well as the negotiation of energy-related transactional documents.
