Daniel A. Sabol

Daniel Sabol is an attorney on Bricker’s public sector team, within the education group. Dan primarily advises K-12 school districts on compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations, along with labor and employment matters.

With a background in labor and employment, specifically public sector labor law, Dan has experience representing public entities in CBA negotiations, grievance hearings, arbitrations and fact findings, and has counseled school districts on labor and employment matters, as well as compliance with federal and state laws and regulations. He has experience advising employers, boards, commissions, administrators and human resource directors on compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations. He has also defended public and private entities in OCRC, EEOC, SERB and SPBR proceedings and in federal and state court.
