Overview

Jordan Rowland is a real estate attorney who helps corporate clients manage both routine and complex property transactions. From drafting documents to negotiating the terms of purchases and sales, she ensures that all legal and regulatory guidelines are considered and performs thorough due diligence to protect the interests of her clients. She specifically addresses zoning, annexation, government incentives and funding, environmental permitting, distressed loan workout and collection, and partnerships and joint ventures. Jordan’s real estate law experience spans a variety of industries, including health care, energy, finance, government and tourism.

A former Bricker Graydon summer associate, Jordan was also a judicial extern for Justice Michael Donnelly of the Supreme Court of Ohio. Additionally, she has law clerk and internship experience working with OCLC, Inc., Franklin County Public Defender, the Ohio Department of Public Safety and the Ohio Attorney General’s Office.
