Overview
Karen Clouse has counseled physicians, hospitals and attorneys throughout central and southeastern Ohio. In that role, she represents physicians and hospitals at all stages of a medical negligence claim, from investigation, through depositions, and trial, with almost four decades of experience of the courtroom, defending her clients in jury trials. In addition, Karen is an experienced appellate attorney, having argued cases before appellate courts throughout the state of Ohio as well as the Ohio Supreme Court and West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals. She also provides a variety of other litigation support services to hospitals and physicians throughout the state, with her goal always to meet the personal and professional needs of her clients while providing excellent legal representation.
