Kit G. Murphy

Kit Murphy has over 20 years of experience in general law firm management with a special emphasis on building success through people, planning for and managing change, and creating an effective corporate identity and culture. She and her team direct the firm’s business operations, including all aspects of financial, marketing, facilities and human resource management as well as strategic and long term planning.

Prior to her career in the legal industry, she served for 7 years as vice president of operations for a high-tech, high-growth startup manufacturing business, which involved product development, market launch and significant growth including capital acquisition phases.
