Nick Bass is a member of the Bricker Graydon Real Estate practice group.

Nick Bass has a practice that focuses on the representation of financial institutions. He counsels clients on commercial real estate (CRE) lending transactions such as acquisition, construction, and refinance loans for commercial office space and multifamily housing, Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) finance, as well as commercial lending including business banking, middle market, C&I, structured finance, and asset-based financing transactions. He devotes his energy to ensuring transactions close efficiently while minimizing risk to his clients.
