Randy Wiseman returned to Bricker Graydon as the firm's general counsel after a five-year term as Senior Vice President and Chief Litigation Counsel for Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company. Before joining Nationwide Randy was a partner in the Bricker & Eckler Litigation group where he served as chair, and as the firm's ALAS counsel.

In his position as Bricker Graydon's general counsel, Randy served as Claims and Loss Prevention Counsel, Ethics Counsel, the Firm's Employment Counsel, and Compliance Counsel. Randy handled other legal issues, including review and negotiation of contracts, leases, deeds, and legal instruments related to significant firm transactions, and advising Firm Management and the Executive Committee. On December 31, 2022, Randy stepped down as the firm’s general counsel and became Of Counsel.  Randy provides mediation and arbitration services, and has served on the United States District Court panel of mediators, the panel of arbitrators for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the International Court of Arbitration. Randy also serves as a hearing officer for Title IX matters.
