Overview

Rebecca Joseph is a higher education attorney who works with colleges and universities to ensure legal and regulatory compliance. With a deep background in both legal and corporate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) compliance, Rebecca understands the unique challenges faced by her higher education clients in the complex and ever-changing Title IX, civil rights, and DEI landscape. Rebecca works diligently with students, faculty, and staff to meet the needs of all parties involved.

Rebecca has previous experience as a judicial extern for the Honorable Elizabeth A. Preston Deavers of the United State District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and a legal extern for The Supreme Court of Ohio Dispute Resolution Section. She also served as a Research Assistant and Workshop Facilitator for the Divided Community Project, an initiative that provides dispute resolution services to local community and university leaders preparing for or navigating civil unrest.
