Vincent D. Boddy

Vince Boddy is a litigator with specific experience related to contract disputes, employment law, insurance litigation, and municipal and government law. Trusted in a variety of legal matters, he works with clients and manages cases from the initial complaint and answer through settlement or trial.

Vince frequently conducts and defends depositions, as well as drafts pleadings, motions, subpoenas and other legal documents. Additionally, he prepares requests for production and interrogatories and reviews and analyzes discovery produced.

A former assistant attorney with the City of Dayton, Vince has vast knowledge of prosecuting and defending public matters. In this role, he prosecuted housing and traffic ordinance violations and responded to various motions regarding these violations. Additionally, Vince is skilled in defending city employees, has attended workplace discrimination hearings and has written various motions on these employment and labor cases.

Vince also served as an intern with the Wayne County Prosecutor’s office (Michigan) and with the U.S. Attorneys’ Offices.
