Zach Eddy is a member of Bricker & Eckler’s Southeast Ohio initiative, as well as a member of the firm’s energy and natural resources team.
He focuses his practice on a wide range of energy issues, including oil and gas litigation; pipeline right of way infrastructure litigation; issues relating to the Ohio Dormant Minerals Act and the Marketable Title Act; and mineral lease disputes. Zach also has considerable experience in general business litigation and estate planning.
While earning his law degree, Zach was a Legal Extern for the Honorable Phillip J. Green, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Western District of Michigan and also served as a legal intern for The Nature Conservancy. Additionally, he interned for the Marietta City Law Director’s Office and U.S. Congressman Bill Johnson’s Office.
Zach is a native of Southeast Ohio and has spent most of his life in the Marietta area.
