    Bricker & Eckler’s Summer Associate program is a long and valued tradition at our firm. We offer an in-depth learning experience that provides exposure to the legal profession at a respected mid-sized law firm, while identifying top legal talent to join our practice upon graduation.

    Bricker & Eckler LLP is currently seeking an experienced corporate/transactional attorney to join its growing Commercial Finance and Development Team. Successful candidates will have at least 4-7 years of varied transactional experience in commercial finance, real estate finance and development, mergers and acquisitions, and/or private equity transactions. Office location is flexible and we are open to full and part-time arrangements.
