On November 4, 2020, Governor Andy Beshear renewed the Executive Order allowing Kentucky pharmacists to dispense emergency refills up to a 30-day supply of any non-scheduled medication for Kentucky residents. The Order also allows pharmacists to temporarily operate a pharmacy in an area not designated on a pharmacy permit. This order became effective November 5th for 30 days. Simultaneously, Governor Beshear renewed the Executive Order requiring face coverings in certain public spaces.
