AI and Student Conduct (Higher Education)
301 E. Rich St., Columbus, OH 43215
The evidence in student conduct cases is suddenly more questionable than it used to be. Is that video real? Are those text messages complete? And what about the volumes of correspondence that seem to be drafted by someone (or something) other than the sender? The Bricker Higher Education team will take a deep dive into the way we’re seeing AI intersect with student conduct, including the ways we’re experimenting with AI to help make investigations more efficient. While this session will focus on student conduct, it will also be appropriate for Title IX and HR team members who have responsibility for investigations.
Attendance at this training is limited to employees of higher education institutions and other individuals who provide services to those institutions. Individuals who are unaffiliated with an institution will not be permitted to attend without prior approval.

In partnership with Association of Independent Colleges & Universities of Ohio, Bricker Graydon Wyatt is excited to offer three in-person trainings this summer. Each 3-hour training session will cover a different topic. Location of each training varies.
Additional trainings in this series include:
Tuesday, June 23rd (1:00 - 4:00 PM): HR Boot Camp (Higher Education)
Wednesday, July 15th (9:00 AM- 12:00 PM): Compliance Boot Camp (Higher Education)
