Title IX In-Person Workshop at Kenyon College

Join Melissa Carleton for Annual Clery training for higher education Title IX team members, as well as a day-long look at the different parts of a Title IX (and non-Title IX) process. We will discuss jurisdiction, appropriate policies to use, intake and assessment, and the investigative/adjudicative process so that team members can see where their role fits. If we have new Title IX regulations, we will also take time to discuss the implications of those regulations on institutional policies.

The cost for this training is $100 per person, including lunch. This training is only open to individuals who work for higher education institutions; those from outside firms should contact Melissa Carleton for prior approval to attend.
