Michael Stack Discusses AI in the Courtroom on NPR's Cincinnati Edition

Bricker Graydon Wyatt Practice Support Director Michael Stack recently joined Lucy May on NPR 91.7 WVXU's Cincinnati Edition for a live discussion exploring the growing role of artificial intelligence in the legal profession.

The segment, "How is AI Being Used in the Courtroom?," examined how AI is transforming legal practice and the ethical considerations that accompany its use. During the conversation, Stack discussed the Ohio Board of Professional Conduct's AI Ethics Guide, the ways attorneys are incorporating AI into their daily work, and the importance of maintaining professional judgment, competence, confidentiality, and appropriate oversight when using emerging technologies.

Stack was joined by Thomas W. Humphrey of Wood, Herron & Evans, who shared additional perspectives on the evolving intersection of artificial intelligence and the practice of law.
