Wyatt Welcomes Thomas Fridy to the Firm

Wyatt is pleased to welcome Thomas E. Fridy to the firm.

Mr. Fridy joins Wyatt’s Corporate & Securities service team in Memphis, where he will assist with counseling clients regarding mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and provide operational, regulatory and general transactional support. His practice will also include the development, leasing, acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate and lending. Mr. Fridy earned his J.D. from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.  Prior to joining Wyatt, he served as an attorney for a Memphis title and escrow company. Mr. Fridy graduated with his B.S. in Business Administration from Christian Brothers University, where he played varsity basketball. After receiving his Masters from the University of Memphis in Sport and Leisure Commerce, Mr. Fridy also worked as an Account Executive for the Memphis Grizzlies.
