Overview

Bricker Graydon Wyatt’s Immigration Law team represents corporate, academic, institutional, and individual clients in navigating the increasingly complex U.S. immigration system. We provide comprehensive, strategic guidance to help employers, employees, investors, and families secure the visas and immigration benefits they need to live, work, and grow in the United States.

For our corporate clients, we have extensive experience obtaining a wide range of non‑immigrant visas, including H‑1B visas for specialized occupations, O visas for individuals with extraordinary abilities, P visas for athletes and entertainers, L visas for intracompany transferees, B visas for business visitors, and TN visas under the U.S.–Mexico–Canada Agreement (USMCA). We also assist E‑1/E‑2 treaty traders and treaty investors seeking to expand operations in the United States, as well as entrepreneurs and business owners seeking permanent residence. Our team has also successfully obtained J‑1 waivers for physicians, researchers, and other exchange visitors. We regularly assist with H-2A and H-2B visas for temporary agricultural and non-agricultural employees.

We assist with obtaining various Employment-Based Immigrant Visas (green cards) for our clients. This includes EB-1, EB-2, EB-2 NIW, EB-3, EB-4, and EB-5 immigrant visas. We have particular experience working with higher education professors and researchers in obtaining EB-1B immigrant visas. We regularly assist various employers in navigating the complicated PERM process when applying for EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visas. Additionally, we have successfully applied for various EB-2 National Interest Waiver immigrant visas for our clients.

We represent clients across industries, including technology, manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, engineering, higher education, agriculture, equine, government agencies, and the arts.
