Aaron Zibart is a member of the Firm's Corporate & Securities Service Team. He concentrates his practice in mergers and acquisitions and general business law, with a primary focus on venture capital and startup companies.  Aaron also leads the firm’s Hart-Scott-Rodino team with primary responsibility for assisting clients with pre-merger application filings.
