Alexander Mulhall is a member of the firm's Real Estate & Lending Service Team. He works with a group of the firm's lawyers who assist national clients with their real estate leasing and transactional work on a national scale. He also represents local and national clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, general business and corporate law.

• Along with Wyatt attorneys, represented Kentucky hospital group in the acquisition of local pharmacy. 
• Represented multi-billion dollar lenders in negotiations with nationwide borrowers.
• Drafted many ancillary loan documents for a variety of transactions of various sizes and collateral configurations.
