Overview
Camille Yancey focuses her practice on environmental regulatory matters and environmental aspects of infrastructure and industrial development.
With more than 15 years of environmental law experience, Camille advises clients on compliance and enforcement matters involving hazardous and solid waste regulation under RCRA and CERCLA, underground storage tank regulations, the Clean Water Act, the Clean Air Act, and related state law programs. Her work includes environmental due diligence, permit appeals, citizen suits, enforcement defense and regulatory strategy for clients managing environmental risk in high-stakes development, operational and transactional settings. Clients turn to Camille for clear guidance at the intersection of environmental law, project development and regulatory execution, particularly where timing, agency scrutiny and public interest can significantly affect business outcomes.
Camille Yancey helps clients move complex energy and infrastructure projects from concept to operation by navigating the environmental permitting, compliance and enforcement issues that often determine whether a project stays on track. A member of the firm’s Environmental Law Practice, Camille works closely with the Energy team on the environmental dimensions of power plants, carbon capture and storage projects, data centers, solar and wind facilities, natural gas generation, nuclear, battery storage and pipeline infrastructure. Licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky, she brings a practical, regionally informed perspective to projects facing layered federal, state and local permitting requirements.
