David Martinsen combines sophisticated estate planning experience with a thoughtful, client-centered approach to help individuals and families protect what matters most.

David is an attorney in Bricker Graydon Wyatt’s Cincinnati office and a member of the firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group. He advises individuals and families on estate planning and wealth preservation, helping clients develop practical, personalized plans that reflect their goals, family circumstances, and long-term priorities.

David works with clients across a range of life stages and financial circumstances, including individuals and families with significant or complex assets. His experience includes both foundational estate planning and advanced wealth-transfer strategies, as well as probate and related asset-transfer matters. He focuses on making complicated issues understandable and providing careful, efficient guidance throughout the planning process.

David previously served as an assistant prosecuting attorney, where he developed valuable courtroom and litigation experience. That background informs his practical, detail-oriented approach and his ability to guide clients through consequential legal decisions.

When he's looking to unwind, David enjoys strategy games and card collecting, hobbies that reflect his appreciation for thoughtful planning, competition, and attention to detail.
