Jacob Robinson is an associate attorney in the firm’s Public Finance Group, where he provides comprehensive legal counsel to public and private clients across Kentucky. 

Jacob’s law practice encompasses a wide range of public finance matters, including Tax Increment Financing (TIF), Community Reinvestment Areas (CRA), Enterprise Zone (EZ) administration, Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), Joint Economic Development Districts (JEDD) appraisal, real estate transactions, and contract negotiation.

Jacob previously worked in International Tax and draws on this experience to work closely with public entities, developers, and businesses to structure incentive programs, facilitate development projects, and navigate the legal and regulatory issues that accompany economic growth initiatives.
