Jonda Gaudin is a paralegal in Bricker Graydon Wyatt’s Louisville office and a member of the firm’s Trusts & Estates practice. With more than 30 years of experience in fiduciary settlement, estate taxation, and portfolio administration, she assists clients and attorneys with the efficient management of complex estate and trust matters. Jonda is a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) and brings a deep understanding of the legal, financial, and tax considerations involved in wealth transfer and fiduciary administration.

In her most recent role, Jonda served as a senior fiduciary overseeing estate and trust settlement matters and managing high-volume portfolios. Her experience includes administering complex multi-state estates and trusts, researching and compiling information for income tax filings, and preparing federal estate tax and inheritance tax returns. She regularly collaborates with attorneys, accountants, appraisers, real estate professionals, and financial advisors to ensure the seamless administration of estate assets and fiduciary responsibilities.

Jonda’s work also includes valuing securities, coordinating basis adjustments and account allocations, communicating with beneficiaries and investment managers, securing and administering real and personal property, and drafting organizational documents for limited liability companies and partnerships.
